A place to learn, grow and do work that matters to families.
We are a small practice, and every person here shapes how we serve clients.
Grow with a founder-led practice
Financial Wisdom started in Goa in 2021. A smaller team means you see the whole picture of how clients are served, not just one corner of it.
Learn the reasoning, not just the steps
We explain why we do things before we ask anyone to do them. Curiosity about money, markets and people is welcome here.
Learn close to the work
Our work is built on conversations with families. You pick up the craft by working alongside the people who do it.
Three commitments guide everything we do.
They shape how we speak to clients and how we work with one another.
Education
We help clients understand their money, so every decision is theirs and an informed one.
Reasoning
Goals come first, products second. Every suggestion comes with the reason behind it.
Transparency
Plain language, honest answers and no surprises, for clients and for each other.
Where you could fit in.
These are areas we welcome applications for. They are not a list of open vacancies, so tell us where you think you would add the most.
Relationship management
Build trust with clients and families, understand what they are saving for, and stay in touch as their goals change.
Client servicing & operations
Keep onboarding, paperwork and follow-ups accurate and smooth, so clients always know where things stand.
Content & marketing
Turn money concepts into clear, honest, jargon-free content for the website, social channels and workshops.
Internship
A way to see how a goal-based investing practice works day to day, and learn from the people who run it.
A simple, human process.
No long forms and no tests for the sake of it. Just a few honest conversations.
