What we check in your health policy
This is the list we read your policy against. It is what to check, not a claim about any one product.
Enough sum insured
Is the cover right for your city and your family size, or would one big bill use it up?
Room rent limit
A cap on room rent can pull down other charges in the same claim. We look for none, or a high one.
Co-pay
Some policies make you pay a share of every claim. We check whether yours does.
Restoration or recharge
If you use the cover, does it refill within the year?
Cashless hospitals near you
Are the hospitals you would actually use on the network?
No-claim bonus
Does the cover grow in claim-free years, and how much?
Waiting periods
How long before conditions you already have are covered, and how much of that is already served?
A top-up option
Can you add a top-up for bigger bills without starting again?
Why people move their cover to us
The policy matters. So does who picks up the phone when you need it.
One person to call
One point of contact for renewals and for claims. You do not chase a helpline, you call someone who knows your policy.
Help when you claim
We help with the paperwork and the follow-up. The insurer decides the claim.
Renewal reminders
We remind you before each renewal, so a policy never lapses by accident.
Cover and savings together
If you want, we also look at your family's investments, so cover and savings sit in one place.
More than one insurer
We work with two insurers, so you see options side by side instead of one.
How switching works, if it makes sense
There is no obligation to switch. If your current cover is right for you, we will tell you so.
- 1
Share your policy
Send a photo of the policy schedule and tell us your renewal date. That is all we need to start.
- 2
We show you the gaps
You receive a clear summary of what is strong, what is missing, and whether switching would genuinely help.
- 3
Port at renewal
Health insurance portability lets you move to another insurer at renewal and keep credit for waiting periods you have already served, subject to the new insurer's underwriting. Start two to three months before renewal.
- 4
Never let it lapse
Keep your current policy running until the new one is issued. A gap in cover can cost you the credit you built up.
Do not cancel your current policy on your own. Move only once the new policy is issued.
Not for what you have already served. Portability lets you carry that credit to the new insurer at renewal. The new insurer still underwrites you, so it can ask for details or decide on terms.
Two to three months before your renewal date. Portability works at renewal, so starting early leaves time for the new insurer to review your details.
Group cover usually ends when the job does, and it may be smaller than you need. We can look at a personal policy that stays with you, and keep your employer cover as an extra.
No. You can take our view and stay where you are. If your policy is already strong, we will say so.
Yes. You get one point of contact for renewals and for claim help, including the paperwork and follow-up. Whether a claim is approved is decided by the insurer.
Send us your health policy. Get a clear view back.
Send your policy or renewal notice on WhatsApp. We reply within a business day. You decide what happens next.
